4-氯-7-甲苯磺酰基-7H-吡咯[2,3-D]嘧啶含量测定及方法学验证
摘 要：本文主要概述了4-氯-7-甲苯磺酰基-7H-吡咯[2,3-D]嘧啶含量测定及方法学验证这一课题的主要研究内容以及相关的一些知识延伸。目前国内外对于这方面的研究暂无，能找的相关文献屈指可数。关于4-氯-7-甲苯磺酰基-7H-吡咯[2,3-D]嘧啶含量测定及方法学验证的研究，主要采用高效液相色谱法来进行试验，使用常用的反相色谱柱，即十八烷基硅烷（C18），可以有效控制拖尾峰。

Abstract: Thispaper mainly summarizes the main research contents and related knowledgeextension of the determination of 4-chloro-7-toluenesulfonyl-7H-pyrrole[2,3-D]pyrimidine and its methodological verification. At present, there is noresearch on this aspect at home and abroad, and there are only a handful ofrelevant literatures that can be found. The study on the determination andmethod validation of 4-chloro-7-toluenesulfonyl-7H-pyrrole [2,3-D]pyrimidine ismainly carried out by high performance liquid chromatography using a commonlyused reversed-phase column. That is, octadecylsilane (C18) can effectivelycontrol the tailing peak.
